I wanted an alternative way to support my health, feel more happiness and harmony. Serendipity brought me into the metaphysical world of energy healing and understanding frequency through Divine connection. I have used and taught energy work, and I have seen others clear their path to more serenity and joy. It was energy work that elevated my life in all aspects. Frequency alignment is a natural, active part of our spiritual aspect.
The goal is to empower yourself beyond human skills, into intuitive sensing. Through self-awareness and Divine connection, we can start to release old, sludge imprints with vibant, Divine-aligned resonance.
This is why I have decided to start this membership community. I would have loved to join a dedicated energy-healing group that focused on getting clearer and Soul-connected every week, doing the internal 'spring cleaning' that allows for more goodness to enter our lives.

Sometimes, when we feel stuck, frustrated, or unable to move into the next chapter of life, it’s not because we aren’t trying hard enough. Often, it’s because something within us is asking for deeper alignment, healing, and connection.
Over 20 years ago, I found myself searching for “more” too — more peace, more clarity, more joy, and a gentler way to support myself through life. That journey led me into the world of energy healing, intuition, and Divine connection. It changed my life in ways I could never have imagined, and over the years, I’ve seen it help many others reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater ease and harmony.

Awakening - I've always felt a deep connection to Source and sought answers from within. I grew up not understanding what all the fuss was about, as people around me were immersed in life. I felt more like an observer, yet I loved music, singing, and dancing. The resonating melodious harmonies, the flow and the rhythm were invigorating. What vibration! Throughout my many years of spiritual exploration, I have focused on building a strong connection to God ('Divine Source') and utilising the healing frequencies to help transcend various challenges. From East to West, modalities included Reiki, sacred sound, Chi Kung, and light-body activation. By 2008, I was physically sensing blissful Source energies. These highly charged frequencies felt so strong that I often had to ground myself through food and exercise. It also gave me a strong internal imprint of how Divine love energy felt and 'sounded' - and with that, I started sharing my knowledge and the importance of Divine connection. This awareness of God-space has been my 'go-to': a way to remind myself of the undeniable higher support, guidance, and healing that are ever-present whenever I feel distressed.
