• Full payment must be received by the specified date, or there is no guarantee you will be able to join the class.

• Once payment has been received, there are no refunds, even if the student does not attend and also, in the case of an online class, the student has technical difficulties in connecting to the online class portal (it is the student's responsibility to ensure their online connection and also to show up for class, be it online or in person).

• No refunds are allowed within 7 days before the class date, as fees received will have been utilised to create the Class - thank you for your understanding. If the Class is cancelled or the teacher is unable to carry it out due to unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be formalised ASAP. A refund is only given if the class is permanently cancelled.

• There are no replays due to the nature of the Class.

• No recording allowed.

• Online class students must allow audio and video of themselves to be recorded during classes. Any misbehaviour, rough language, a disruptive or bad attitude is an instant cause for removal from the class by the administrator, without any refund or certificate.
