Joining Courses (Online or In-Person)

• Full payment must be received by the date mentioned, or there is no guarantee that you can join the class.

• Once payment has been received, there are no refunds even if the student does not attend and also, in the case of an online class, the student has technical difficulties in connecting to the online class portal (it is the student's responsibility to ensure their online connection and also to show up for class - be it online or in person).

• No refunds are allowed within 7 days before the class date - as fees received will have been utilised to create the Class - thank you for your understanding. If Class is cancelled or unable to be carried out by the teacher - due to unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be formalised ASAP. A refund is only given if the class is permanently cancelled.

• There are no replays due to the nature of the Class.

• No recording allowed.

• Online class students must allow for an audio and video feed of themselves during classes. Any misbehaviour, rough language, a disruptive or bad attitude is an instant cause for removal from the class by the administrator and without any refund or certificate.

• Course content, dates, times, and location are subject to changes by the administrator at any time as so deemed fit.
