- The 3 purchased sessions are valid for 6 months.
- Non-refundable - but is transferable, but you must inform Stella 3 days before your booked session on who will be replacing you.
- Once a session is booked, any changes to the date/time must be made 3 days before the confirmed session. Only one change is allowed.
- Mode: Online via Zoom/Skype.
- If a session is cancelled or cannot be carried out by Stella, a new date will be formalised ASAP. A refund is only given if a session is permanently cancelled by Stella.
- Stella will record your session and email you the recorded session for your reference.
