Course Content: Look for classes that cover foundational knowledge and practical applications. 5D spiritual practices should be able to translate into the 3D world for it to truly benefit you.
Instructor Credentials: Choose experienced practitioners with positive reviews. But more than that, let your intuition or gut feeling tell you if you should attend the workshop or choose that instructor. Many times, it all looks good, but your gut will tell you this particular choice is not right or harmonious for you. Leave at any time if it gets uncomfortable for you.
Class Format: Decide if you prefer in-person workshops or online sessions.
Duration and Cost: Ensure the course fits your schedule and budget.
Current Needs: Choose a course that suits your present situation or primary challenge.
Communication Style: Choose a teacher or course that suits your personality.
Values: Look for classes or teachers that hold only love-based values and respect for your sovereignty. Classes should not be fear-based, have intimidation tactics, have any form of gas-lighting or feeling of being 'captive' or being coercive.
If possible, joining locally based energy healing courses allows you to practice in a supportive environment and receive immediate feedback. You can also network with like-minded individuals who share your journey towards divine alignment and holistic health. Sometimes, spiritually sensitive souls and seekers can feel alone, misunderstood or lost in the journey, so meeting others with similar challenges can offer some relief that you are all in this boat together. Plus, it can be fun experiencing new spiritual discoveries together.

Energy healing encompasses a large variety of methods designed to restore balance and harmony within the body’s energy fields and thus support physical healing. Some examples of energy work include:

Crystals are believed to hold healing properties. Placing them on or around the body can help align energy.

Using sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls or tuning forks to clear energy blockages.
This method focuses on aligning all aspects of the self - mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and energetic. This helps to develop a 5D Divine Ego that is soul-led.
This ancient energy healing art form is extremely popular all over the globe. It used hands-on healing or distance healing to clear energy blocks and increase spiritual connection.
Each technique comes from a different perspective, although they all accomplish the same goal. So, it is really up to you to decide which method best suits your style.

Is Energy Healing the Same as Reiki?
While Reiki is a form of energy healing, it is just one of many techniques available.
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing method where practitioners channel universal life energy through their hands to themselves or others to promote well-being. Energy healing can be carried out in person or as distance healing. It is a gentle, non-invasive approach and is usually taught in structured levels or degrees (Practitioner Levels 1 & 2 and Mastership Level 3).
Energy healing, on the other hand, is a broader term that includes Reiki as well as other modalities, as mentioned above. Energy healing encompasses various philosophies, tools, and methods, depending on the tradition, method, or practitioner.
Practical Tips to Enhance Your Energy Healing Practice
Mastering energy healing requires consistent practice and self-awareness. Here are some recommendations to deepen your skills:
Meditation: Daily connection to Divine Source through guided meditation or other meditative practice helps to keep you centred and in tune with high-frequency healing energy. It also enhances your concentration muscles when you carry out healing sessions. Meditation helps you bring more lifeforce, light, love and capacity to hold and resonate Divine-aligned energy, which is beneficial to your well-being and others around you.
Practice on Yourself and Others: Regularly apply techniques to build confidence, experience and sensitivity - particularly important if you want to progress to higher levels of healing mastery and increase intuitive senses.
Keep a Healing Journal: Document your experiences, insights, and progress. During my most prolific phase in spiritual awakening, I wrote down all my experiences. That was so useful when I wanted to understand how I went through spiritual 'upgrades' and any healing crises that I experienced. It was part of my ascension process, and I was able to extract much wisdom to help others in their challenges, too.
Stay Open-Minded: Be willing to explore different methods and adapt what works best for you. As a spiritual explorer, the main takeaway from my journey is that each modality I've tried has taught me something significant for the next step up. Do not judge a modality if it does not work for you, for not every method will suit you, but it will be perfect for another person. I have collected so many tools and wisdom along the way that I am grateful for each one. The point is to humble the ego, be a street-savvy spiritualist and enjoy the journey with lightheartedness.

It is important to keep your sovereignty in terms of your energy field, soul compass and emotional/mental aspects.
